Chairman of FC Financial Holdings / Chairman of PreIPO Capital Private Equity Funds / Creator of the "Capital Five Avenue"

Mr. Wu Kezhong has been teaching at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University's School of Management since 1987. Starting in 1992, he began his career in securities investment consulting and investment banking. In 1995, he ventured into venture capital and private equity investments on Wall Street in the United States. In 2002, he established the earliest pre-IPO investment fund specializing in pre-listing private equity investments. In 2004, he secured investments from over 50 American hedge funds to establish and promote SPAC funds targeting Chinese acquisition targets. In 2007, he founded Wealth China (the predecessor of FC Financial Holdings) and, in collaboration with PreIPO Capital Private Equity Funds and local governments, systematically explored and cultivated the "Quanzhou Model" to facilitate the listing of numerous companies in Quanzhou.

Mr. Wu Kezhong holds dual degrees in Engineering and Technology Economics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He earned a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in the United States. Since 2010, he has served as a visiting lecturer in EMBA programs at several universities, including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Zhejiang University. He has also been appointed as an economic advisor to various local governments and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, a member of the APEC Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Service Alliance Entrepreneur Committee, a startup mentor for Shanghai Oriental Satellite TV, one of the "Top Ten Figures of the Year" in the 2010 China Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Value List, a recipient of the 2010 Brand China Top Ten Innovative Award, the 2010 Outstanding Native PE Manager of the Year, one of the "Top Ten Startup Mentors" in 2011, the recipient of the 2011 ICBC "ICBC Friends" Award, Vice Secretary-General of the Brand China Industry Alliance from 2010 to 2012, and a distinguished tutor in private equity and financial capital operations at well-known universities, including Tsinghua University, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Zhejiang University, and Southwest University of Finance and Economics, from 2008 to 2012.
